Having Mobile Instrument available to our institution on a weekly basis allows us to have our delicate instruments adjusted, repaired and/or sharpened onsite. Services such as instrumentation powder coating and laser engraving have also helped keep our specialty trays organized. When instrumentation can not be repaired, Mobile Instrument lends its services to help find replacements, which may be purchased through them or another vendor. Again, having these services onsite truly prevents down time, so instrument trays are kept in service. We have also used our onsite representative to give staff training on care and maintenance of laparoscopes, care of cameras and power equipment.”
